Hi Jeff, With respect to the encryption item - there are ways of encrypting meetings.
I have been holding encrypted meetings for months now. The technique we use - sending a passphrase and encrypting both audio and video, is a bit cumbersome, but rises out of the mixed (inSORS and AG) nature of our commiittee sites. Let me know if you would like a quick explanation of encryption, as I have a document that I produced for the folks involved in our monthly meetings. Thanks - Julie On 10/3/05, Jeff Miller <jmill...@nd.edu> wrote: > > > > Hello All, > > Putting together a project "snapshot" for our new grid room .
