The September Townhall is scheduled for Wednesday, September 7, at 10:00AM CDT (15:00 UTC). It will be held in the Argonne National Laboratory venue on the institutional venue server (Go to https://ivs.mcs.anl.gov:9000/ Venues/default, then Government Institutions Lobby, then Argonne National Lab).
Invited Speaker: Rhys Hawkins, ANU/Grangenet VP is a VideoConsumer service whose original aim was to reduce the workload on AG node operators by removing the need to manually place and size video tiles. This talk will highlight the automated video tile placement process within VP and show how you can customise VP to suit different AG sessions and types of AG nodes. The future directions of VP will also be discussed. The session held for those in the Asia-Pacific region will take place a day earlier, on Tuesday, September 6, at 6:00PM CDT (23:00 UTC). Of course, anyone is welcome to attend this session, if it's more agreeable with their schedule. ANL will be running bridges in the Argonne venue for this meeting.
