G'day John I am not sure if this would help, but for the CQU Access Grids, I have been using dual head NVIDIA video cards.
For the CQU Rockhampton Access Grid (http://hpc.cqu.edu.au/accessgrid.html#ROCK), I use: 1 NVidia Quadro4 AGP Graphics Card; and 1 NVidia Quadro4 PCI Graphics Card For this I have able to produce a 4 screen display, one node operators desktop and 3 projection screen display. I am running this configuration currently under Fedora Core 3. Cheers, Jason. -----Original Message----- From: owner-ag-t...@mcs.anl.gov [mailto:owner-ag-t...@mcs.anl.gov] On Behalf Of John Langkals Sent: Thursday, 1 September 2005 7:28 AM To: 'Fred Dech'; 'Christoph Willing' Cc: ag-t...@mcs.anl.gov Subject: RE: [AG-TECH]Video cards Hello Fred, Chris, and AG-Tech, Have you heard of anyone successfully using two NVIDIA multi-monitor cards such as GeForce 6600GT 128MB DDR3 PCI-Express or NVIDIA Quadro NVS 400 Graphics Cards? On the other hand, are there any recommendations besides Matrox video cards for requirements of a three video card connection, two projectors(PCI)/one control monitor(AGP)running under FC4 or WinXP node?
