Hi Richard: Are you using Windows? Is there any clear indication of the problem in the AG logfiles (on Windows, in %APPDATA%\AccessGrid\Logs; on Linux, in ~/.AccessGrid/Logs)? If you don't see anything there, you can send the logs to me and I'll have a look.
