[AG-TECH] How could synched to an NTP server(os:win2K)

I got the right Venue ,but can'nt connect to the vennue vv2..I don't know why 
.Some one said that it should synched to an NTP server.I use win2k.How can i 
synched to the Ntp server . And what the NTP server?
Any thought will be appreciated!!
