All, I went to http://www-unix.mcs.anl.gov/fl/research/accessgrid/venues/ivs.html to request a venue for Center of Higher Learning. The conditions are met, and I got "Error requesting new venue". I repeated the request 3 more times and failed every time. Can someone help me please?
