I have a weird problem with RAT. My incoming bit rate drops to 0 whenever my talk check box is not checked. So, if talk is on, then it seems fine. If talk is off, then I can't be heard (obviously), but I also can't hear anything (my incoming bit rate goes to 0 b/s).
