That was a good call Thom. I went and got some VFW drivers for he Hauppauge cards and installed them. Of course it can't go totally smooth. Now when I try and run node setup wizard I get the Microsoft wdm image capture and 1 Hauppauge card. Once again, any tricks? Is there some reason XP would be blocking 3 of them? Thanks for the help.

Jim: 2.3 detects vfw drivers available on your machine, using the same code that vic does. It should, therefore, show you the same list of devices that vic shows. The wdm driver you see is a mapper for applications that only use vfw drivers; you can map one of your devices through it using "Configure on transmit" in vic, and then selecting the device you want to use. Unfortunately, you can't use multiple devices this way (unless you 'configure on transmit' each device with every venue switch). If you have vfw drivers installed, 2.3 will detect and use them fine. I know there are vfw drivers for the Winnov Videum 4400 and the Osprey cards, and I've seen those work fine. I haven't found vfw drivers for the Hauppauge cards (or the iTuner Spectra8, for the sake of saying so).
