Hi Jeffrey, Can you please file a bug in bugzilla (bugzilla.mcs.anl.gov/accessgrid) and attach your log files? The logs are located in /Users/<username>/.AccessGrid/Logs
Here are a couple things to try: - try removing your /Users/<username>/.AccessGrid/Config/certrepo directory and try requesting another certificate. - If you started the certificate manager from the launcher, see if it helps to start it from the VenueClient through Preferences->Certificate Manager.
