The Spectra8 composite 4-input capture cards do not have drivers for Windows7.
Here's an extract from their response to my email on 19 Sept 2012:

Unfortunately we don't have windows 7 drivers for this product. Should you
need other details, please contact us!

Sorry, the card we use is the Winnov, L.P. Multimedia controller. Four inputs,
but it's EOL. And just standard definition.

I am trying to find a 4 port capture card that will work with
AG in Windows 7 Pro 64bit.
The current cards I have, show in Device Manager as a single device not as
individual channels and thus Vic is not going to work with them.
Does anyone know of a card that is not EOL that will work?
