Another argument against deprecating windowHandle is that the result of IAccessibleRelation::targets could return indistinguishable results. When uniqueID has a per-window scope, the different output targets could have the same uniqueID with two different windowHandles. This could be a problem for both one call to targets and separate calls to targets on different IAccessibleRelation objects.
