In IATable2 I've added some use of Hungarian notation, primarily to help
understand things like IUknown ***papAccessible.  Should I revamp the
rest of the parameters?  There would be a lot of changes.  Some options:

1) Use it everywhere.
2) Use it only for parameters that have one or more pointers.
3) Use it only in cases where there is a combination of pointers and
arrays.  This was my original intent, but I also used it in those cases
where I modified a method, so there are currently methods with pointers
where some use Hungarian and some don't.
