I see I missed changing the GUID on the typelibrary IDL. I just
updated: IA2TypeLibrary.idl, ia2_api_all.idl, changelog.txt, and
ia2-api-20090803.zip.

IAccessibleTable2 to IA2TypeLibrary.idl
I still have a bit of documentation work to do to catch up with past
discussions and have to provide a new proxy DLL. If you have need of
that DLL soon please let me know.
