I'm not convinced that the "At" should be removed if these methods stay 
in the IAccessibleTable2 interface, as it makes it clear that you're 
asking about a cell and not the table itself. I don't really mind that 
much, though. However, if they are in a separate IAccessibleTableCell 
interface, I definitely agree the "At" should be removed.

This makes sense to me. There's definitely precedent for this; UI 
Automation has separate "control patterns" for "Grid" and "GridItem".
