I just moved the 1.1 spec that was at its temporary location

to its permanent location at
http://accessibility.linuxfoundation.org/a11yspecs/ia2/docs/html/
Nothing has changed. The last update was made on 8/25/09.
I'll start making changes to 1.1.1 (or 1.2) in my private directory, the
first link listed above. Due to moving the content to its official
location that page is now responding with a 404.
