The IA2 changeover from LGPL to BSD is almost done.  I've posted the new
IA2 spec temporarily to
http://dev.linuxfoundation.org/~ptbrunet/ia2/docs/html/

The link to the errata at the bottom of each page is bad, but that is
being worked on.

Please check all this out and see if you can find anything I missed.

One question I have, for typelib users, is if it's OK that I changed the
version number in IA2TypeLibrary.idl.  Since no code changed I didn't
change the GUID.  Is that OK?

I also just noticed the indentation is a little off in that file so let
me know if you want me to fix it:
