Thanks Carolyn, I fixed the typos and removed the "draft" notation from
the text attributes spec.

Object attributes can be added without a change to the IDL so adding new
ones isn't very disruptive.  It would be good to have a discussion on
the IA2 list for new proposals and as to when their implementations will
be available.

I don't think we ever got to a consensus for adding text-underline-color
and text-line-through-color.

The object attributes still need some work.  A little over a year ago
Alex said he'd go through the Gecko source and let me know what needs to
be updated, so Alex this is a reminder that we still need that.  There
is at least heading-level that needs to be added.
