Originally this feature was reported in Mozilla bug https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=396561. Recently I was asked about the same by screen reader vendor. The problem is the screen reader deals with virtual cursor (the user's focus in the virtual buffer) which can be somewhere in the document. So when the user presses a tab key, the virtual cursor should be moved to next tabbable element relative the point the virtual cursor is. If screen reader doesn't handle tab then focus moves to next tabbable element relative the current focus. Is it a worth idea to introduce new relation types for that, say IA2_RELATION_NEXTTABBABLE/PREVTABBABLE? Thank you.
