proposes that IAccessible2_2::document will return the containing object
that implements IAccessibleDocument. Since it's possible that we will
decide to not add IAccessibleDocument I'd prefer to specify that the
object returned will be the containing object of MSAA role
ROLE_SYSTEM_DOCUMENT. Are there any concerns with this redefinition?
