Hi Pete,

It has been a LONG time since I wrote any screen reader code on Windows, but I recall clearly that the old Win32 radio button group box control was always a peer of the buttons it was grouping, not the parent.  Perhaps that has changed since 1997...

However, I would think, if it hasn't changed, that you would want to use parent grouping where it exists, and a new relation where it doesn't.  And not require the relation everywhere...

Regarding IA2_RELATION_GROUPING_OBJECT_FOR can we count on the control structure having a containing object of role ROLE_SYSTEM_GROUPING, i.e. do toolkits always generate the expected control structure?  If so we don't need the new relation.  -Pete

See this related background post:
https://lists.linuxfoundation.org/pipermail/accessibility-ia2/2010-February/001021.html
where I ask if we should add the second and third relations
  IA2_RELATION_GROUPING_OBJECT_FOR
  IA2_RELATION_POPUP_INITIATOR_FOR

Please let me know what you think about adding those two.  I don't want to add something that isn't useful, won't be used, and will add unnecessary work for implementers.
