Hi Rich, That text for accessibleWithCaret is misleading:
Propose: performant way to get caret offset within direct hypertext
accessible containing the caret.

The use case (from
https://lists.linuxfoundation.org/pipermail/accessibility-ia2/2010-December/001311.html)
1. GetGUIThreadInfo(). // Get the HWND
2. AccessibleObjectFromWindow
3. Focused MSAA object = accObj->get_accFocus().
4. Traverse down through the FF a11y tree to find the object with the caret.

The problem presents itself because FF represents its text in
hierarchical manner and the top level focused object can have a
significantly deep tree of accessibles.

A better synopsis might have been:
Propose: performant way to get caret offset in an accessible when the
accessible is deeply nested under a parent focused object.
