That's because NVDA injects into processes. Among other things, it

Ah. It looks like you can't register the NVDA proxy dlls. We don't need
that functionality, so we don't build it. Unfortunately, that means
you'll need to build your own dll. This should be easy enough once you
have the IA2 idl, though I don't remember the exact instructions.
