Thanks Tom, Yes I noticed that, so I'd also inserted a link to it on the FAQ - General - Installation / Updates page (https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Faq) titled "How do I configure an Oracle JRE and "Java Accessibility Bridge" for use of Assistive Technologies in Windows?"
Maybe not the exact location and content, but they're Wiki so folks can adjust as they see fit. Please expand and correct as needed. Very simple and straight-forwards once you get past all the standard menus and stuff at the top of the page. I've not put links to the wiki-page anywhere so people can only get to it from clicking on one of the links in the various emails about it or by editing the url address at the top of their web-browser. It's quite useful to point people to though if you are answering questions on mailing-lists or in forums.
