Hi :) I know Brasil is keen on OpenSource and often calls it "Libre" or "Livre" but i don't know whether this is worth signing up for even if you speak Brasilian version of Portugese. It might even be spam. The website link looked kinda Ok in Gnu&Linux but i would be wary and not open it in Windows jic.
