Hi,

Note that your screen reader should be able to speak mispelled words.
You're free then to review a doc, listen to your assistive techno,
moving to the mispelled word, pressing shift-f10 or App key to open
context menu, and choose a suggestion.

It's not perfect indeed, but fixing this would not be trivial I think.
That's why devs do not yet.
