I would like to give few suggestion pertainning to amendment in the PWD Act
1995
To make the provision to establish the district level court for the Person
with disabilities so that remedy can get easily with in their local area.
The presiding officer of the court should be physically challenge person.
To provide the more power to the Courts specially to punish any one who deny
its decision and he shouldnt hold any office pertaining to government or
semi government .
to include the clear provision for the extra time in the PWD Act for both
academic and competitive exame.
