Asiff and all,

1. The younger members in the sun rise industries (in my experience) are
quick to adapt to the needs of the disabled. As long as the disabled person
is treated the same way and can do the same work there is no problem.

2. As for being interested in quick promotion, making money and trips
abroad, I suspect the disabled are as much interested in that as any one
else.

3. Accessibility especially of documents, the use of inaccessible software
is indeed an issue. At the moment, no purchasing manager asks whether a
peace of technology is accessible. Having said that, I do not see any reason
for many of them to be asking this question since the disabled are rare in
the private sector.

4. The financing of access technology is an issue. I am unsure whether it is
a business problem or a government problem.
