hi Abhijit, Thank you very much for your kind reply. but, I have installed all the required softwares in my pc. as I mentioned earlier, my pc is identifying my phone and I even can pair my pc from my mobile. i have IVT bluesoleil installed and also the pc suite the latest one. so, further?
