I've tried repairing jaws to correct the reading part, but it hasn't worked. what exactly is happening is that when reading the document, jaws somehow gets stuck and keeps reading only the last line when using downarrow keys. once it gets stuck, it stays there for ever! it doesn't read upper line or lower lines probably at the end of the screen. its irritating and testing my patience. strangely, it can read paragraphs and say all but not with simple down arrow keys.
