Hi all,

Lot of us are aware of the Rediff newsletters that we receive. And we
also read news articles and other content on Rediff. Overall, the rediff
website is pretty accessible. With the new design however, there are a
few problems reading news articles. The heading of the article is
somewhere on the page and the beginning of the text of the article is
somewhere else. While this can be overcome with alternative methods in
Jaws, I thought I will try writing to the Rediff management asking them
to make their site a little more accessible. They haven't promissed
anything but are willing to consider our suggestions. I regularly use
the news section of the page but don't concern myself with other
sections. If anyone has any suggestions for improvement or facing any
problems with Rediff or Rediffmail or any of their services, please let
me know. I will pass on the feedback to them.

Regards,
Kiran.
