You can use Skylook for recording skype conversations. Search for it Google and you should find it.

If you want to make calls to landlines/ mobiles, you can purchase Skype credits. As far as I know, it is not possible to record Skype calls. Additional software is required for recording. I am also looking out for any suitable software for recording Skype to Skype calls.
