Most DVD writers can handle both + and minus formats unless you purchased
the writer in ancient days when DVD writers were in the market just for 1
or 2 months. I haven't seen a writer which cannot write both formats.

Regards,
Kiran.

Subject: [AI] DVD writing

Hello everyone,
Somebody just asked me to write a DVD, and, I am asked if I have a plus or
minus dvd writer. I couldn't find anywhere on the properties of the writer
such values, so, would U be so kind as to tell me what all is this 'plus or
minus'and how does it influence my writing?
He brought me two type of blank dvds, as he said, again, plus and minus.
Either my knoledge are insuficient or there is something new that I have no
ideea about, please, help.
Thanks,
Adina
