Emacspeak can read math documents which are in the TeX and La TeX markup. There are very few math documents available in such markup on the internet. And there is also the hastle of installing and configuring linux and emacspeak which is no easy task at all.
MathML seems to be a good standard. You can also take a look at virtual pencil and other math products from Hentermath. I doubt if these product have any advanced features.
