please check if any of the following check boxes are checked in the language tab of regional setting dialog of the control panel.
1. Install files for complex script and right-to-left languages (including Thai) 2. Install files for East Asian languages If anyone of them are checked and you do not need them, just uncheck them. First one is used to enable indian language support as well.
