Let me tell you that logging in for the first time is always very difficult on that site. You'll have to use your jaws cursor in order to read the message when it fails to install the chat client. Whenever I formatted my hard disk in the past, I always confronted this kind of problem, but once you are able to login, you are most unlikely to face the same.
