Hi all, When you get a skype call, skype automatically steals the focus from whatever application you are running. All you then need to do is to go to the call menu, arrow down to answer which is the first choice on that menu and then right arrow to the contact whose calling you.

After enabling the hot keys, you can use alt+pageUp to accept the incoming call.
