Respected Sandhu Sir,

Did you talk with MP Gupta? what is your reading of him? Sir, i can fully
understand your difficulty, but is there any possibility for newer NGO? we
have another project in mind, that is starting a disability help line for
all kind of handicappeds in rajasthan. This help line will operational 8 HRS
everday and will guide all types of handicappeds about resources available
for them and how to avail of them. In this project number of beneficiaries
will great and it would also enable this NGO to stand on its feet in a
practicle and concrete manner. The cost involved is not much considering the
benefits it can extend to all handicapped population of rajasthan. it will
involve working capital cost of RS 3.00 Lac peryear and we need the
assistance for just first two years after that we will be able to run this
project of ourselves.
Sir, i can assure you of 100% genuine end use and it will definitely benefit
thousands peryear.

With regards,

Chetan Sharma
