Dear Harish,
I wonder, how did you come to the conclusion that the story below is bizarre 
and off topic. The intention is to inform our VI friends that they should 
take care of them, as a number of them are living or working in banglore. I 
circulated this, as I received this from one of my IDBI collegues, who in my 
opinion carries credibility and it was also circulated in our office. If 
extended discussion of stray dogs is an on topic, issues relating to the 
safety of our friends is also the same. We should be careful in passing 
judgments, particularly on those issues, which may not influence us 
directly.
