Hello Mr. Rakesh Jain Commendable effort in deed! I was searching for the web site or email address to send our comments. Could you provide the address where we can send our feedback like we did earlier.
I agree with Mr. Prasanna Kumar Pincha and Mr. Arman Ali for braille / audio Safety guides and walky-talkie / pager, etc for constant communication with the assistance. Such provisions are feazable and will be better solution than having separate lounge, as we also have to be aware about the extra cost that an airlines might have to incur and I actually do not like to sit separately. In this regard I agree with non- negotiable principle a) Freedom of choice / right to self - determination in favour of passengers with disabilities, which will also take care of sitting close to the toilet sanarios experienced by some people. But I guess sitting near the cabin attendant is helpful in case some emergency condition arises, but freedom of choice should not be comprimised. Which leads to my next concern, and it is that there is no guideline during emergency. I am not sure how to make provision, but there should be some way so that person with disability is not at disadvantage during the emergency evacuation.
