Contrary to all these experiences, the BTS conductors are very friendly. When I buy a ticket, they always inquire why I haven't obtained the free bus pass given to the blind in all Karnataka state busses. When I tell them I don't find time to go through the procedure, some of them refuse to issue me tickets and say it's legal anyway for the blind to travel free!!

She said that the train about which you are talking has left the station. When we said that it is on the platform, she denied. We were compelled to rush and get in the train which was still on the tplatform. Not having been provided by the ticket, we payed extra charges to the t t e.
