Well, concessions are, as a rule, allowed in the lowest of available
classes, I have never witnessed concessional tickets for luxury or semi
luxury buses. Railways is a notable exception to the rule, allowing at least
fifty percent concession in higher classes as well.

Element of arbitrariness in implementation in actually granting the
concession and unnecessary rangling by the staff we actually come in contact
with, are the points to be sorted out by fruitful talks with authorities.
