In that case, I think you need to download the file instead of opening it. Simply move to that link and press the left mouse button. A menu will be activated and you will find 'save target as' option somewhere there. then press enter and wait for the download vizard to appear. it'll ask you whether you want to open or save the file. press tab and press enter on the save button. select the location where you want to save the file and save it. I think the rest is self-explanatory. Go to the particular drive/folder where you have saved the file and open it. I presume that you are using acrobat reader version 7 or later. I think jaws does not support the previous versions. I'm not sure about version 6, though.
