by this way you can't access ntfs!  to create actual startup disk for
windows environment, you need at least 5 to 6 floppy disk.  i don't know the
steps to create, but, you have to download some file of 4mb space from
microsoft website.  if anyone of you can download such utility, please try
to make a bootable cd with command prompt for windows xp.  now i realise
that what we can do with ms dos, can't do with windows.  i used ms dos 6.22
for 2-3 years without any screen reader.
