hello Pranay,

This is a common problem if the proxy server of the network through which 
your workstation is connected maintain good amount of cache.
Well, you can use F5 or control+F5 when such problem arise. F5 may not be 
successful always because it is dependent on individual pages. While 
Control+f5 triggers force refresh so its use is better in such case.
