Hi, What version of jaws are you using? In my experience, jaws for Windows seven .zero or jaws for Windows 7.1 work best with Adobe Acrobat reader version 7 or higher. In terms of consistency to PDF file access, a lot depends on how the file has been produced. Are you buy any chance launching Adobe Acrobat reader from a browser? If yes, that I suggest you download the PDF that you want to view, launch Adobe Acrobat reader and then open the file to view it.
