Start playing some music and press f10 repeatedly couple of times. This will
increase the windows media player volume in case it has been done to 0 by
mistake. Further you can try f8 key in case it has been muted.

Subject: [AI] problem with the windows media player

Hi list!
  How are you all doing?

I don't understand as to what is causing my windows media player to not
play the music when I play any kind of song for that matter. I just get a
message which say's windows media player V main if ever I try to play any
song on my PC.

I use office 2000 with windows XP pro.

Any sollution to solve this long standing issue will be whole heartedly
appreciated.

  Always,
  Parimala
