My observation is that this happens after the installation of some network services and drivers. I was facing this problem on my new machine which had the latest processor at that time. For some reason I had to format the disk and reinstall windows. Due to some problem, not all network features could be installed and ironically jaws was behaving perfectly like a gentleman, running up within seconds.
