Hi, Follow the steps. 1. Start OE with the identity from which you want to export addresses. 2. Press ctrl + Shift + B to open the address book. 3. In the file menu of address book select Export sub menu and then select Address book (wob).. 4. Give a suitable name to the file in the resulting dialog. 5. Switch to the identity where you want to import the address book. 6. Open address book by pressing Ctrl + Shift + B. 7. From the file menu Select Import sub menu and then select address book (wob)... 8. Press Shift Tab in the resulting dialog and select the file you saved in step 4. 9. Hit Enter and you will have automatic wizard completing your rest of the work. HTH
