sir, now the time is over! one thing i would like to add in this discussion, up to some extent people are rejected due to their blindness, not on the ground of their tallent. i had almost four years of experience in this group, i received lots of mails, which says, that a visually impaired person gone for an interview, and he rejected just on the ground of his/her blindness. suppose, if he or she would be selected, and would be working as an executive of that particular company, what would you say, "the company selected him/her on the ground of blindness, not on his/her tallent" rather we can say, i am working in punjab national bank, the bank has selected me on the ground of blindness, not on my tallent? it is my experience of my life, that a blind person never born with a lollypop on his hands, thanks.
