Behaviors can include: * JAWS unable to complete installation * System dropping to 4 bit color, from which recovery may be difficult * Failure of JAWS to speak as expected * In JAWS 6.10 or later, a message displays indicating that the 64-bit processor is not supported and you should contact Freedom Scientific. Note that the standard 32-bit version of Windows XP also runs on these 64-bit processors but does not take advantage of the 64-bit features. Thus, installing JAWS on a system with an AMD64 with 32-bit Windows XP should not result in the same failures. Solution: Avoid installing JAWS on 64-bit systems with a 64-bit edition of Windows XP. In JAWS 6.10 or later, Setup prevents you from installing the program on a 64-bit system.
